SA History Teacher of the Year


 

Do you know of an outstanding Primary or Secondary History teacher who would be eligible for The History Teacher of the Year?  The most worthy recipient will be presented with the award at ETC (Milner St Hindmarsh) on World Teachers Day in October. Applications close on July 28th.

To be considered by the Committee applicants should demonstrate a range of the following criteria:

·        interest, enthusiasm and inspiration in undertaking teaching and promoting student learning in History;

·        innovation in the design and presentation of content and/or learning;

·        leadership in fostering skills development in the study of History

·        evidence in having assisted other teachers in developing their History skills

 

 Would you like to nominate a colleague? 

Start the process (which is very easy) of nomination by contacting the President of HTASA Paul Foley  (Paul.Foley@Loreto.sa.edu.au).
